Welcome to my new blog! Amelia and I are keen to share her adventures with you. Amelia is allergic to eggs and dairy and we are currently nine years into our journey. The early years were hard and I remember the frustration of trying to find recipes suitable for her. Awareness is improving year on year and the amount of allergy-friendly products available now is huge compared to back then. We plan to share our recipes and some of our story here along with tips on great new products and restaurant reviews.
